FAQs

Assalamu alaikum

I have tried to answer questions I have been asked frequently here. Just in case you want to know something that isn’t here, please ask here. I would answer it as soon as I can Insha Allah.

Are the products any different?
Yes. We have notebooks, daily planners and Qur’an Journals at the moment. We are currently working on the Ramadhan Journal. The pages of notebooks are just plain ruled, the planners and journals have unique pages. We also have love notes and mini reminder cards.
How can I order?
Currently, we take orders via email, the order form on the website, DM’s or WhatsApp.
Do you take international orders?
We do sometimes but currently have no means of receiving foreign currency in our account. However, if we can reach a consensus as regards western union, then yes we would be more than willing to take your order.
I would like to be a distributor. How do I go about it?
Send me an email and we would work something out.
How long does it take to process my order?
We try to process orders received as soon as possible. An order is considered received when payment for requested goods is received. However give 3 working days for your orders to be shipped and depending on your choice of shipping, another 3 -7 working days for delivery. For international orders, give up to 4 weeks for delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
Bank transfer or cash on delivery (only available for local orders). Account number would be provided.
I want to order a large quantity for an event or as gifts, can I get a discount?
We are honoured that you considered us. Do send me an email and we would work something out inshaAllah.
